Fic-a-thon fun!!

I signed up for 2 fic-a-thons in the past week. I know I said I wasn't going to, but I did these two last year and enjoyed them.

The first:

dw_cross - where you can crossover Doctor Who (any), Torchwood and SJA with any show, pretty much. Last year I pumped out two (my assignment plus a pinch hit), Thy Be Suspect (NCIS) and Someone to Watch Over Me.

The second:

apocalyptothon - where you take a nice, normal show/movie/book fandom and introduce it to the apocalypse. Last year's effort resulted in the start of the New World series where the NCIS world is destroyed when the Yellowstone caldera blows. It also resulted in my requested fic It's Already Tomorrow in Australia (or Win Some, Lose Some, H7, N1) by amanda_r which is an awesome plague apocalypse in Dead Like Me.

Okay, I couldn't resist, I signed up to watch the apocalyptothon comm. With so many fandoms represented I'm sure there'll be *something* I like. Plus, it's always fun to throw in a little "end of the world" carnage to keep your favorite shows interesting *grin*.
