Well, my biggest stumbling block isn't the Tony/Gibbs aspect, but the whole 'who's in charge' thing. I'm not sure how to integrate Gibbs and his people into the existing structure.
Hmmm, I can see your point. Normally I would say that Tony would back down for Gibbs if it really became an issue--Tony is more of an excellent first lieutenant than a captain--but these people trust him and depend on him and I can't see him stepping away from that.
Gibbs would have a great deal of respect for what Tony's done and the authority he's developed, and I don't see him intentionally undermining that, but...well, he's Gibbs. He's always going to be aggressive and assertive about the way things should be done.
