Because I clearly don't have enough to do....

I've been wondering for awhile if I should do this or not, and have decided to ask for opinions.

The first question came about mostly because I've been looking all over for Buffy/Angel challenges, and have found that if you don't write slash there's not really a lot for you. I also want to see if I can find more of the Buffy/Angel-LJ-fandom (again, since they mostly lead to slashers). Not that I have a problem with slash, as anyone on my flist can tell you - I read it and rec it, but I don't write it.

So....tell me what you think (cause I'm addicted to polls):

Like I need another flashfic Community on my list and yet i find myself unable NOT to participate. in fact i have yet to write an NCIS story that wasn't for [community profile] ncis_flashfic first.
If you need help getting started (if you decide to do it) let me know :)

I will definitely let you know if I need any help. And I totally understand about the lure of flashfic comms - I'm on too many to count, though I don't post that often.

Is a flashfic like a drabble? Or can it be any kind of fic? I haven't visited any of the flasfic comms so I'm not really sure what they're about.

A flashfic is 'technically' 100-1000 words, but no one complains if it's longer. A flashfic comm is really a challenge comm, but you don't have to post to every challenge.

Every two weeks a new challenge is put out, like Darkness, Not Human, or Enclosed Spaces. You interpret the challenge however you want, but stories must be complete (no WIPs or chapters, unless they can stand on their own).

Oops, you know my track record with one-shots. I'd definitely read and feed, but my ability to participate would be iffy at best.
