Yeah, I was leary of Micheal Weatherly in NCIS, but it only took a few episodes for me to love him. I'm still undecided on Jessica Alba, but I do agree that the pair/paring was badly written. Mostly, Max was badly written - she seemed more Mary Sue-ish, especially in relation to everyone else.
