Xander and Gibbs - haven't really thought about it much. This part sort of came up out of nowhere.
Everyone's got *expectations* now...I'm not sure I can live up to the hype. :)

As for DiNozzo, I've always felt that in recent seasons, he's more 'playing the part' than actually being a sleazy womaniser. Like he went to extremes in the first few seasons because it was expected from the image he'd cultivated - and to wind up Kate. But once she was gone, he started to settle down (somewhat). Maybe I'm reaching.
